Beat 4 eggs with salt, black pepper, coriander and chillies.

Make an omellete from the egg mixture. Cook it on low medium heat as the omellete is quite thick. Cook it thoroughly. Set it aside to let it cool.

Grind 5 bread slices into bread crumbs. Add cornflour to it and mix well.

In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs.

Cut the omelette into finger shapes, or any other shape that you feel like.

Dip each finger into the egg mixture. Then, coat it with bread crumbs. and deep fry.

Serve hot with tomato or shezwan sauce.
