Blend garlic cloves, ginger root and onions together. In a large shallow dish/bowl, pour the blended mixture then add the chicken and mix, then add tiny chopped coriander,1tbsp of chicken masala and paprika and mix then add curd/maziwa lala and mix. Then put the mixture in the fridge for about 2hours or you can leave it overnight.

In another shallow dish,put 2cup flour and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.and salt (you can add any other spices you like).remove the marinated chicken from the fridge and then place in the flour mixture, a few pieces at a time. Turn to coat.

In a deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 375°.or in your pan add vegetable oil and let it till hot to start frying. Fry chicken, several pieces at a time, until golden brown

Serve as you please once done like me (ugali,kienyeji and my yummy fried chicken lol the excitement on here you would know if you try the recipe)
