Steps

Take a bowl and add moong,chana dal,chana,mooth,chola and wash it properly and soak it for 7-8 hours.

Kathol is soaked properly after 7-8 hours.

After that it's ready to grind so take the mixture jar and add all mixer in that and add Ginger, Green chilli, salt, Garlic, chopped curry leaves & curd and add some water.

Grind it well.

Take a pan and add 1 tsp oil, cumin seeds, sesame seeds & curry leaves add mix kathol batter and cover it.

After 5 min, mix kathol pancake and it is ready to serve, you can serve with tomato sauce.
