Gather all the ingredients. Take a cooker add 2cups of water and daliya.Cook it till 2 whistles.

Take a kadhai, add oil and then add chana dal and garlic, and green chilli let them crackle. Now add curry leaves, onions, tomatoes, saute them and add carrots.

Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder. mix them and then add daliya. Mix all the ingredients nicely. Add lemon juice and chopper coriander leaves. Ready Enjoy
