6 servings

1/2 boxTri Colored Rotini
1small Onion
1small Green Pepper
1small Yellow Pepper
1 canBlack Olives
1/2 poundHard Salami
1/2 poundPepperoni
1 pintGrape Tomatoes
1Cucumber
1/2 bottleItalian House Dressing
1/2brick ea. Pepper Jack Cheese & Colby or Mild Cheddar Cheese

Steps

Cube peppers, onion, cucumber, meat and cheese.

Boil pasta according to package directions.

Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again. Put into a large bowl.

Layer with all vegetables, meat and olives.

Add dressing, stir to combine and chill before serving.

Top with cubed cheeses just before serving.
