Onion cabbage pakoda
Steps

Slice onions and shred cabbage. Add all the ingredients mentioned above.

Add some water, Coriander leaves and gram flour. Mix well and make a thick batter. Add some hot oil and mix again. Now take small portions of the mixture and deep fry them in hot oil until crisp from both sides.

Take them out on absorbent paper and serve hot with tamarind chutney.
