  1. 2 cupswhole wheat flour
  2. as requiredOil to add in aatta
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. as requiredWater
  5. as requiredOil to fry Bhakhari

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take flour, add salt and oil. Mix it properly and using water, bind to hard dough

    Divide into equal portions and shape it.

    Roll it into medium thick size of Bhakhari. Roast it on tawa on both sides with some oil. Serve hot with any curries or Subzi. You can have it with tea too.
