And add onion saute until golden brown.futher add tomato saute become soft and mashe.

Now add all dry ingredients and mix well and capsicum and grated paneer also mix well saute until become aromatics.

Keep a side stuffing.

Keep two kulcha spread 1 tsp tomato sauce upon a kulcha and spread 1 tsp mayonnaise on others one.

Now spread stuffing upon kulcha and covered with other one kulcha.

And roast with Butter from both sides until golden brown.

Ready sandwich cut from center and serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
