Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 2 cupssoaked poha
  2. 1 cuprava
  3. 1/4 cupmoong dal
  4. 1onion finely chopped
  5. 2-3green chillies paste
  6. 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander
  7. 5-6curry leaves finely chopped
  8. Small piece of grated ginger
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspjeera powder
  11. Water as required
  12. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak the dal fir atleast 3 hrs.Drain the water and blend it to a smooth paste and remove in a bowl.

    Wash the poha and soak in water for 10-15 mins.Drain the water and grind it to a smooth paste.

    Then add rava along with little water and make a smooth batter. It should be like dosa batter consistency.

    Mix it well with moong dal batter and add finely chopped onion, chilli paste,finely chopped coriander, chopped curry leaves,grated ginger, jeera powder and salt to taste and mix well.If the batter is thick u can add little water.

    Take a nonstick pan and add few drops of oil and spread the batter evenly and once cooked flip and cook from other side too.

    Serve hot with chutney of ur choice.
