Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the upper layer and soak it in milk for about an hour

  2. 2

    Cut it into medium pieces,put in a sufuria on medium heat,keep turning it till all water is drained, add oil,onions then tomatoes and salt

  3. 3

    Serve with anything of your choice
