  1. Tragacanth gum
  2. 2 cupmilk
  3. cubesIce
  4. 1 cupvanilla ice cream
  5. 2ripe bananas
  6. Some chopped almonds optional
  7. 4 tbsphoney replacement for sugar

Cooking Instructions

    First for use of tragacanth gum or called goond katira.it is always soaked in water like chia seeds for their fluffy taste.at least 1 hour to soak in refrigerator

    Now in mixer blend bananas,milk,ice cream,cubes and honey or use handblender.

    Make a smooth shake and add around 1 tbsp of goond katira or tragacanth gum in glass for per person.garnish some chopped nuts and serve chilled.enjoy so nutritious shake.stay safe stay healthy and happy
