Take curd in to a bowl and beat it properly to make it smooth and creamy.

Now add salt, Black salt, pepper, sugar, and coriander and mix it well.

Add boondi into curd mixer and mix well.

Now take a tadka pan and add little oil. Let it hot. Now add Hing, jeera, red chilli powder and dry red chilli. Tadka is ready now pour the tadka in curd mixer.
