Quick Vanilla ice cream

Pour the fresh cream into a bowl and mix it well with a hand mixer to get stiff peak

Then add condensed milk and vanilla essence and mix it in low speed till it's combined.

Now add the caramelised cashews and fold it in. Pour it in to a freezer safe box. And freeze for 8 hours.

After 8 hours, you can take it out and serve it.
