Pulse the bread slices a few times in a mixie to powdered the bread add sugar cashew nut powder and cocoa powder to the powdered bread mix well and add coconut oil and milk mix well and make a soft dough.set aside pulse coconut and sugar in a mixie. set aside spread butter paper.transfer the dough to the butter paper and shape it to an elongated log.press it with hands and spread gently add another layer of butter paper on top and roll it out.length wise in meduim thickness.using a rolling pin

Roll up the cake along with butter paper from the loop and keep rolling till the end loosening the butter paper as you roll dont remove the butter paper from the last loop.roll the butter paper on to the log. Transfer to freezer and freeze for 2 hrs.after 2 hrs remove log and unfold the butter paper.cut alittle slice off of each end and slice the rest of the log in meduim thickness.enjoy the easy bread swiss roll.
