In a bowl mix maida, besan, salt, herbs and water to make a flowing consistency mixture.

Take one bread slice and spread Tomato ketchup over it. Cover with other slice and spread Mayonnaise over it and cover with another slice.

Now spread green chutney on this slice and cover it with another slice. Now dip this whole sandwich in the above made mixture for binding it.

Now deep fry this sandwich or shallow fry it (it's your own choice) For healthy version shallow fry it. Grease fry pan with oil and cook it on medium flame from all sides. Now sandwich is ready.

Cut these sandwiches into half with knife. The three tricolour layers are visible now. Enjoy this tangy, salty and delicious sandwich.
