Take besan in mixing bowl add salt red chilli powder turmeric powder ajwain

Add water to make batter

Make lumps free batter

Take bread slices apply green chutney

Add soda in batter when going to fry

Heat oil in pan cut slices in half or whatever shape size you want

Dip bread in batter and deep fry in hot oil medium high flame till golden in colour

Serve hot with green chutney ketchup or any dip of your choice
