Keep ready all ingredient. Then crush sprouted Green Gram in the mixer grinder.Take crushed sprouted Green Gram in wide vessel.

In that add all ingredients which given in above. Mix everything nicely by sprinkle few tbsp of water. Adjust the salt and chillies as needed by tasting dough.

Heat oil in pan. When it is hot enough adjust the flame to medium. Take small portion of this dough, slightly flatten and drop it in hot. Keep stirring for even frying.

Fry until lightly golden.

Serve sprouted Green Gram Pakoda hot with green chuntey or tomato ketchup
