Slice chicken breast in half making 4pieaces of it. Cover the chicken breast pieces and lightly hammer them to make thin layer.

In a bowl add chicken fillets,soya sauce, salt, garlic powder, red chilli powder, paprika powder,black pepper powder, mustard paste, mix herbs and mix very well. marinate for 40 minutes.

In another bowl add all-purpose flour, corn starch,,red chilli powder, chicken powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder,salt and mix all together

Now in another bowl pour some chilled milk, egg,salt,black pepper powder and whisk it together

Now coat marinated chicken breast with flour mixture and then dip into egg mixture then again coat with flour mixture.repeat the process. Fry coated chicken in deep oil.

Add 5 tbsp mayonnaise in shredded cabbage and mix well and make coleslaw

Add 3 tbsp mayonnaise, chilli garlic sauce, ketchup and mix very well to form a paste

For assembling, take burger buns. Apply prepare mayo sauce on buns. Add fried chicken fillets, cabbage coleslaw, cucumber,ice Burg and cheese slice and cover with the bun

Serve with ketchup and fries
