This can be used as a meal, lunch or snack food. Its very filling and quite cheap to make. Tastes amazing when pasta is warm, can be refrigerated and saved for later.. just put a lid on the bowl or some clingfilm or even tinfoil to preserve it.

  1. 340 gPasta
  2. 220 gTuna
  3. 100 gRed Pepper Hummus
  4. 50 gRed Pesto
  5. 150 gSweetcorn
  6. 2 handfulssalad

Steps

15 - 20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the pasta for 15 to 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Mix the Tuna, Sweetcorn and Mayonnaise in a big bowl.

  3. 3

    Add the Pasta to the bowl, mix together with ingredients.

  4. 4

    Add the hummus, pesto and salad to the bowl and mix with ingredients.
