Everyone likes food when it is hot, afterwards, it is a headache sometimes if no one touches that food. Yes, exactly leftover food. But I've to make extra Idlis so I can prepare this dish.

Everyone likes food when it is hot, afterwards, it is a headache sometimes if no one touches that food. Yes, exactly leftover food. But I've to make extra Idlis so I can prepare this dish.

Cut the idlis in square pieces.

Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot add Urad daal, mustard, green chillies, turmeric powder and curry leaves.

Add Idli in that. Sprinkle salt on that. Sprinkle some water too. Mix it and cover it. Let it cover for 5 minutes. Open, mix it. Serve it with tea.
