Dal fry and jeera rice

Wash and soak the dal. Moong dal, toor dal, chana dal and urad dal for 20 minutes.

Take a pressure cooker and boil it till 4-5 whistles.

After that take a pan and add oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida, garlic ginger and green chilli paste mix it till the raw smell gone. After that add chopped onion and after sometime add chopped tomato.

After sometime add boiled dal and add turmeric powders, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, kasoori methi, cumin coriander powder. And mix it well. And garnish it with coriander.

Jeera rice : wash and soak the rice, and add cloves, ghee and bay leaf and boil it for 10 minutes.

After remove the water and keep it the rice for 2 -3 hours.

After that take a pan add ghee, jeera and add the rice and salt mix it well. Here it's ready enjoy with dal fry.
