Ingredients

  1. 3medium sized capsicums
  2. 2boiled potatoes
  3. 2tbspoon cottage cheese
  4. 3/4green chillies chopped
  5. 1tspoon lemon juice
  6. 1tbspoon semolina
  7. 1tspoon corn flour
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 2tbspoon oil
  10. 1tspoon ginger garlic paste

    Wash and cut capsicums

  2. 2

    Mash potatoes add cottage cheese,ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies,salt, lemon juice.mix well and stuffing is ready.

    Cut capsicums into half deseed it, stuff the mixture fully.now in plate spread semolina and corn flour now roll the capsicums.

    Heat Pan, put oil and shallow fry capsicums.rollef side should be down side.fry it till golden brown.serve hot with mayo deep.tastes yum.you can stuff mixture to whole capsicum but it is easy to take bite so made halves.really good as side dish or you can say it starter also.
