Ingredients

  1. 6Capsicums
  2. 2Onions finely chopped
  3. 1 tspGinger finely chopped
  4. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1 tspCoriander Powder
  6. 1 tspCumin powder
  7. 1Potato boiled and mashed
  8. 1/4 tspGaram masala
  9. 1 tspamchoor powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 4 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly prepare the stuffing by sauting onions and ginger garlic paste in oil further add spices and salt.

    Saute on low flame till the spices turn aromatic.

    Additionally add mashed potatoes mix well till the spices are mixed well keep aside.

    Prepare the capsicum by cutting the head and removing the seeds.

  5. 5

    Now stuff prepared masala place them on kadhai with oil also cover with capsicum head.

    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes cook the capsicum well or till they change in colour and also softened and shrinks little.

    Finally serve stuff capsicum along with paratha or roti.
