Ingredients

  1. 3Capsicum
  2. 3 Tablespoonscooking oil
  3. 2Garlic cloves crushed
  4. 1/2 inchGinger piece grated
  5. 2Green chillies, finely chopped
  6. 2Onions medium sized, finely chopped
  7. 1Carrot, finely chopped
  8. 1/2 TeaspoonRed Chilli Powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  10. 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoonGaram Masala powder
  12. 4Cashew nuts chopped
  13. 2Potatoes boiled grated
  14. 250 gmsPaneer grated
  15. 1/2 cupfresh Green peas
  16. 1 teaspoonChat Masala
  17. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the top of capsicum making it a hollow. Take out the seeds, Rubbing some oil and salt inside + outside the capsicum halves, now set aside for sometime.

    In a Kadai heat the oil, once it's hot do add ginger, garlic, green chilies and onions. Saute by mixing them till the onions become translucent. Now include cashew-nuts and fry for a few more minutes

    Then add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder (Haldi) and Chaat Masala. Mix well and saute

    Add grated boiled potatoes to the mixture and mash them nicely,add carrots, green peas and mashed paneer to the mixture, mix it well and saute

    Mix them well and keep them separate.

    Fill till the top of capsicum with mixture.

  7. 7

    Fry them in Kadai making sure it's done from all sides including top and bottom.

    Serve hot with Parathas
