Firstly keep all the ingredients ready

Wash and fry dried bombil on low flame till it turns golden and crisp

Take coriander leaves,green chillies,garlic cloves,cumin seeds and crush them

Add soaked tamarind and crush together with salt

Once everything is crushed add dried bombil

Now just crush bombil with light hands so that it doesn't gets powdered

Serve it with any types of dal it is easy,tangy,spicy and yummy
