Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 1small onion
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • A fewshoots of spring onion
  • As much beansprouts as you want
  • Halfa pack of tou gua

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook off tou-gua for ~5 min until light brown

  2. 2

    Peel beansprouts

  3. 3

    Chop onion and garlic and spring onion stalk

  4. 4

    Cook off garlic until light brown and then add onion

  5. 5

    Add beansprouts to wok and add salt. Stir fry.

  6. 6

    Finally add tou-gua! Stir fry for 1-2 minutes
