3 clovesgarlic
1small onion
1 teaspoonsalt
A fewshoots of spring onion
As much beansprouts as you want
Halfa pack of tou gua

Steps

20 minutes

Cook off tou-gua for ~5 min until light brown

Peel beansprouts

Chop onion and garlic and spring onion stalk

Cook off garlic until light brown and then add onion

Add beansprouts to wok and add salt. Stir fry.

Finally add tou-gua! Stir fry for 1-2 minutes
