Take a bowl,add water and boil it

When bubbles can be seen put the corn packet in it and off the gas and cover the bowl with a lid for 2-3 mins

After 3 minutes open the lid drain the water and tear the corn packet and keep it aside

Now boil the potatoes,and on the other side saute the vegetables

Smash the potatoes,add boiled corn and the other vegetables,add corn masala,salt as per taste, black pepper powder, mix it properly

Now take a bread slice,put the mixture on it

Then take a fry pan

Add butter and when the butter melts put the bread slice and fry it as per your choice

Serve it with sauce or dhaniya chutney
