I love spinach ( Palak ) so much we usually prepare it in many varieties like Palak chicken, Palak katli , nargisi kofte in Palak gravy, Palak pakaode , soya Palak , Palak paneer can also be prepared but my family doesn’t opt for it much so I avoid it . It’s prepared instantly in one pot & delicious ...!

Take a wok, add in chopped onions all spices, oil, mutton, and cover it & cook for 20 minutes till the mutton is tender adding a glass of water.

Then sauté till the oil separates then add the chopped spinach (Palak leaves) sauté till the raw smell is vanished then cook for 5-10 minutes once it is done stir well till the water is absorbed & oil separates & it’s ready. Enjoy with hot chapati or white rice.
