Ingredients

  • 4Chopped Sweet Potato
  • 1/2 CupSugar
  • 1 TspGhee
  • 1/2 TspCardamom Powder
  • 1 TspWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat Ghee in a Kadhai. Add chopped Sweet Potato and sugar. Add little water as well so that it cooks properly.

  2. 2

    Close it with a lid and let it cook till it softens.

  3. 3

    Now add Cardamom Powder to it.

  4. 4

    It can served Hot as well as cold.
