Soak mung dal in water for two hours.

Finely chop green onions, green chillies and coriander leaves.
Grind the soaked mung lentils coarsely. - 3
To make Moong Dal Vada
Mix the rest of the ingredients in coarse PC Mung Dal like green chillies, fresh coriander, ginger, cumin, green onions and salt, red chilli turmeric. Now mix it well. - 4
Now the moong dal is ready.
Heat oil for frying vada in a pan.
After the oil is heated, fry all the vadas one by one.
Vada is not golden till then..
Moong dal is ready.
