4-5Potatoes
1 cupPeanuts (Roasted and Roughly crushed)
4-5Green chillies slited
as neededOil
3 tsp curry leaves
to tasterock salt (sendha namak)
2 tspCoriander leaves (chopped)

Grate the potatoes and soak it in the water. Keep ingredients ready.

Take a pan, add oil. Add green chillies and curry leaves. Add Potatoes and salt. Mix it and cover it. Don't add water.

Don't make it mushy. Now add Peanuts and coriander leaves.

Mix it well. Serve with curd.
