Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in pot. Add meat cook about 3 mins. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heatand simmer for 15mins covered.

While meat is cooking wipe the greens with a damp towel, then wash them 2 -3 times or until dirt and grit has been removed. Chop the greens.

Add the greens to the po. Add the sugar and salt. Cook, covered, over medium heat for 30- 35 mins. Drain before serving, if desired.
