Add beasn and fry on medium heat until browned and a nutty aroma starts to come from it

Beasn will bubble initially.nicely browner beasn

Add water and cook till they are almost absorbed by the beasn

All the liquid absorbed by the beasn

Add sugar and cardamon powder and cook 5_6minutes on low heat until ghee starts to separate

Almond for granshing
