In a pan, Add jaggery and very little water...Once the jaggery is dissolved let it cool and keep aside...

Now take a bowl, Add Maida, aata, fennel seeds, Grated coconut, Peppercorns, Ghee and jaggery water and knead a dough......Keep it rest for 30 minutes.....

Now After 30 minutes, Take small portion of dough and roll in thick roti.....

Heat a tawa, Place the roti on tawa and cook the roti by using ghee by spreading over and below them until golden and crisp

Let it cool and Serve with tea☕
