First of dry roast the Dalia on low heat for 4-5 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Take a onion, tomato, potato,and peas and Chopped it

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds.

After a minute add the chopped onions and green chillies. Saute till Onions turn golden.

Now add the vegetables and mix. Add the salt, turmeric and Red chilli powder if using mix well.

Add the roasted Dalia and mix well. Add one and half cups of water and cook for 2-3 whistles.

Open the cooker only when pressure drops by itself.

Dalia is ready for serve.
