Ingredients

  • farali dosa
  • 1/2 cupsama rice (moraiyo)
  • 1/8 Cupsago (sabudana)
  • 1/8 Cupthick curd
  • To tasteRock Salt
  • as neededOil
  • Farali bhaji
  • 2boiled raw banana
  • 1/4 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoonginger chilli paste
  • to tasteRock Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  • 1/8 Cuproasted peanuts
  • 1/4 teaspoonlemon juice
  • 4 tspCoriander leaves for garnishing
  • As neededOil
  • Farali tomato chutney
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1 tablespoonpeanuts
  • 1/8 Cupcoconut slices
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1red or green chilli
  • to tasteRock Salt
  • 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 2 tablespooncurd

Steps

    In a mixing bowl take sama rice and sabudana in a bowl.Wash and clean it for 2-3 times. soak for 4 hours

    After 4 hrs drain the water and blending a mixer using curd. Do not add water at the time of grinding.
    Transfer the mixer in a bowl and add rock salt.Rest for 1 hrs.

    Heat a nonstick griddle and pour a ladleful batter on a pan. Spread it in a circular motion to make dosa.
    Spread little oil on the sides
    Cook dosa until its color changes to brown.
    Fold this dosa and serve with vrat ki bhaji and chutney.

    For farali bhaji:- In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add jeera.Once jeera crackles add 5-6 curry leaves, ginger - chillies paste. Saute it for 2 minutes.Add boiled raw banana in a pan.Then add all masala black pepper powder,rock salt, sugar, and grounded and roasted peanuts.Mix well.Lastly, add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

    Farali tomato chutney:- In a pan, hot oil and add peanuts and dry coconut. Saute it.
    Then add ginger, green chilli,and chopped tomatoes. Mix well.Then add salt and jeera in it.
    Cover and Cook till tomato become soft and mashy.
    Switch off the gas and let it cool.
    Take it into a mixer jar and Add curd.
    Grind into a smooth paste.
    Farali tomato chutney is ready to serve.

    Serve hot Farali dosa with Farali Bhaji and Farali Dosa
