1 cupPenne pasta
1/2 cupcheese
1/2 cupfresh cream
2-3garlic cloves/ 1 tblsp garlic powder
1 tblspmix thyme
1 tblsporegano
1 tblspmaida
1 tblspAsli ghee
1/2 cupmilk liquid
to tasteSome salt

Wash your hand say BismiAllah and droud shareef

First boil pasta according to packet instructions then strain it

Now prepared white sauce put a pan on stove add garlic chopped and asli ghee let cook on low flame dont over cooked it

Then add 1 tblsp maida cook it until aroma released now at this time add salt,white pepper powder and milk liquid on very low flame #tip agar app ka flame high hoga to milk phat jaye ga khyal rahy

Stir it continuously at this time add cream stir it and set consistency according to your wish😉

At last but not the least add some cheese and thyme and oregano for fragrance and authentic taste

Now add penne pasta mix well and cover it for a while and let it set
