  • 1/2 cupold fashion oats
  • 1/2 cupsvanilla almond milk (30 calories)
  • 1 Tbspeanut butter
  • 1/2banana
  • 1/8 tspcinnamon

5 minutes Let sit overnight
  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients into a small bowl with lids or mason jars.

  2. 2

    Cover mixture and shake it around to get all the ingredients to mix. Refrigerate over night and enjoy in the morning!
