Serves 1 serving

2eggs
2corn tortillas
1 tablespoonoil (15 ml)
1serrano pepper
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Cut the tortillas into small squares and fry them in the oil.

Next, fry the serrano pepper. Make a few slits in it so it doesn't puff up and burst.

Add the eggs to the pan, season with salt and pepper to taste, and finish frying everything together.
