Churn kaju on pulse mode and make fine powder &.seive it.

In a pan add kaju powder,milk powder,milk, and sugar. Mix it well,then switch on gas.and let it boil. stir continuously. As soon as it starts leaving pan switch off the gas.

Grease a tray with ghee,and pour our ready kaju mava in it dab it.let it cool.Then make pieces of yr choice.decorate with almonds or any dryfruit.our melt in mouth kaju mava Burfi us ready.
