Take the chicken,hangcurd, ginger,garlic and red chilli paste.mariniate approx 3 to 4 hour.

After 4 hours of mariniaton tied in this swekers like- 1 cube cut capsicum,1cube chicken cube 1 cube cut onion.add salt, chilli flakes,chat masala,kasuri methi.

Heat the tawa add oil then put the swekers tied with the meterials showing above.flip the side of the swekers.heat the charcoal and put into bowl immediately insert into the tawa with some drop of ghee.so the smoking flavour will come.

Serve hot.with some raw onions
