Sama rice kheer is usually prepared during fasting days, especially in Navratri. Mixing milk, sama rice, and sugar, cooking on medium heat and flavored with either cardamom or saffron, this sama rice kheer is tasty and very healthy.
Steps

Wash samak rice in water 3-4 times and then soak for 10 minutes.

Boil 2 cups of milk. Add samak rice and cook on low flame till rice mix with milk and milk gets thick. It make take 10 minutes.

In another pan add ghee and roast almonds and cashews till golden. Remove it in a plate.

Add sugar and mix and then cook for 2 minutes. Add half of dry fruits and keep half for garnishing. Switch off the flame.

Serve to Mata Rani garnished with remaining chopped dry fruits. 🙏🙏🙏
