Curd Cashew Fish

First clean the pieces of fish. Add salt and turmeric powder it.

Take a kadai.Add mustard oil and fry the fish lightly.

Take curd,sugar, salt and turmeric powder in a bowl and mix well.

Add the mixture to the fried fish. Keep it 30 mins.

Cut the Capsicum and tomato into small pieces. Make onion,ginger,garlic,cashew paste.

Take some oil in the kadai. Add bay leaves,garam masala in it.

Add Capsicum, tomatoes in it.

Add onion,ginger-garlic, cashew paste in it.

Add turmeric,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala powder and some water.

Add the marinated fish and kasuri methi. Let it be cooked.

Add green chilli in it and cook it some time.

When gravy becomes thik put the gas off. Garnish with coriander leaves.
