Sabudana Kheer

Darshana Patel @Darshana
#navratri
A good option for fasting but as a child I always hated this.
Steps
- 1
Soak the sabudana for 4-6 hours.
- 2
Add sugar and milk. Let it boil till sabudana become transperant. It is a signal that sabudana cooked properly. Once kheer is a little bit thick, it you want, you can add milk otherwise skip this step. Add cardamom powder and cashews.
- 3
Let it cool. Garnish with chopped pistachio.
