Boil pasta with salt and 1 tsp oil. After it boils strain it.

Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil. Add onion garlic and ginger. Sauté until golden brown. Add the tomato chopped into it. Cover it and cook until the tomato become soft. Add Kashmir red chilli powder and the vegetables. Saute it.

Add tomato sauce and white pepper. Mix it well add the boiled pasta in it. Mix it well. Add the processed cheese grated into it.cover it and switch off the flame. The cheese will melt. Serve it hot with some oregano sprinkled on it.
