Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the egg yolks and put them in a dish and crush them with a fork and add mayonnaise, cottage cheese, tuna, salt, red pepper sauce, black pepper and mix all the ingredients for obtain a thick cream and stuff the cooked egg whites with the pastry bag.

Garnish with black olives shaped like spiders and parsley and dill
Serve them with tagine and lahmess, baked rice
