  • 1egg
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • 1 tbspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tbspchilli powder
  • Crushed peppercorns

    Combine the besan/rice flour in a plate.Mix all the wet ingredients like egg, spices with chicken and make a fine batter. Coat them with the flour and deep fry in hot oil.
