Steps

Roast peanuts and crushed in mixer.
For Chutney.
Grind grated coconut, crushed peanuts, cumin seeds, salt, chilli, water in a mixer. - 2
For Sabudana Vada
Wash and soak sabudana for 3 to 4 hours in advance. Boil the potatoes, remove its skins then mashed potatoes.
Then mix all the ingredients like sabudana, coarsely crushed peanuts, chillies, jeera, mashed potatoes,
salt together. - 3
Take a lemon size ball and flatten slightly. Deep fried sabudana vada in kadai till nice and crispy and serve with chutney.

Serve hot sabudana vada with chutney.
