Peel the boiled potatoes

Pork with Fork & deep fry them

Drain out the extra oil...

Make white paste

Make tomato puree

Mix red chilli powder with 1 tbsp of water

Whisk curd and mix little water.

Heat 2tbsp oil in a kadhai..add cumin seeds hing & red chilli powder paste....cook well on low flame.. immediately add white paste and cook

Then add tomato purée and all the spices.... mix well then add curd and sugar and stir continuously

Then add potatoes and cook

At last add kasoori methi and cook for a minute.. garnish with coriander leaves... enjoy with chapati naan kulcha or rice
